- Please check your uploaded photos, spellings, and design details carefully before confirming the order.
- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the design or printing has already started.
2. Payments
- Payments must be made in full at the time of confirming the order (unless otherwise agreed).
- We accept digital payments, UPI, and cash for in-store orders.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery and Timelines
- We try our best to deliver all products on or before the promised date.
- However, delivery time may vary due to material availability, courier delays, or unavoidable circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or transport services.
4. Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Slight colour or brightness differences may occur due to digital screen variations — these are not considered defects.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Magic Framez and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.
6. Privacy
- Customer photos and details shared with us are kept private and are used only for creating your ordered products.
- We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.
