At Magic Framez, most of the product is custom-made with your personal photos and designs. As each item is created especially for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order is confirmed.
However, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase, so please read our policy carefully:
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order, provided the design process has not started.
- Once design or printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- To request cancellation, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp or call.
Refunds / Replacement
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
- You must inform us within 1 hour of receiving the product, with clear unboxing video showing the issue.
- After verification, we will offer a free replacement of the product.
- We do not offer refunds for minor colour variations or quality differences due to screen display differences.
Custom Products
Most of our items are custom-made using your photos and designs (frames, mugs, clocks, keychains, etc.). Hence, no refunds or exchanges are possible for reasons such as change of mind or wrong photo submission.
